Peter's experience also includes advising lenders on receivership and enforcement related issues as well as in connection with debt restructuring arrangements.
Prior to establishing APS Legal Ireland LLP, Peter was a Partner and Head of the Banking & Finance team in a boutique, mid-tier Dublin law firm.

Caroline advises on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant law, asset management and real estate finance.
Prior to joining APS Legal Ireland LLP, Caroline worked in the real estate team of an international firm in Dublin acting for large scale Irish developers, companies, and funds. Caroline has also spent three years working in-house for a private commercial property developer on a wide variety of commercial developments from acquisition, financing, leasing, management of fit-out projects and asset management.
